Gloria Diane Long

Gloria Diane Long was called home to the Lord on December 6 2021 at Guilford Healthcare.
Gloria Diane Long was born July 26th 1948 in Charlotte, NC to Samuel Long and Dorothy Long who preceded her death.
Gloria started working at Friends Homes and Wesley Long Hospital where she was always know for compassion, empathy, and ability to always make some laugh and smile.
Her interests included cooking, yard sale hopping, and collecting Knick Knacks for her hutch which she displayed proudly for all guests.
She also devoted her time and energy as a caregiver to her family members. Her charm and smile set enlightened any given moment.
She is survived by the loves of her life Hipolito Bueno; son's, Joseph And Samuel Welch; daughter, Anita Bueno; grandchildren, Ashlyn and Bryon Welch; and great grandchildren, Joshua Bueno, De'Shawn Welch, Akeem Welch,Ja'lyn Welch, and Serinity Welch.
Gloria spent her remaining days in the company of her friends and family.

For all her loving kindness,
She asks for nothing in return.

As we look upon her picture,
